Ski Holidays in Zell am See

For those looking for a great group ski holiday, you could do a lot worse than to go to Zell am See in Austria. An awful lot of people tend to go straight for ski holidays in France or ski holidays in Switzerland whenever they think about booking a group ski holiday, however, ski holidays in Austria really do have something special to offer in themselves.

Zell am See in particular boasts some lovely traditional Austrian chalet style buildings, numerous bars, restaurants and shops and a fantastic après scene courtesy of the main ski lift going right from the town centre all the way up to the top of the mountain with just a few quick changes on the way up.

Zell am See is perfect for mixed ability group skiing holidays as it is great for beginners, although a more advanced skier may find it more difficult to fill a whole week’s skiing, although some may want to argue that point.

All in all, for a great group ski holiday, Zell am See is a beautiful place, and Austria as a country is a stupendous place to go for ski holidays.
